A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Accounts Assistant to join a UK known manufacturer in the Bristol Area!
With no day ever being the same the Senior Accounts Assistant role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
Complete monthly payroll processing and reports.
Oversee and assist with all daily/weekly processing of invoices and statements,
Assist Finance Manager with budget process provision of other adhoc financial data analysis
Preparing and analysing Company P&L and Balance Sheet
Generate and process multi-currency weekly payment run, ensuring suppliers are paid on time.
Review of system stock records
Review of weekly system multi-currency bank reconciliation
Working with Customer Services to resolving customer queries.
Ensuring everything is followed to the correct health and safety standards
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Qualified Accounting Technician or studying / intending to study for CIMA
Previous experience in a Finance Department
Strong experience with ERP systems
Experience working within a manufacturing industry / company
Strong customer service experience
