Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Business Managers to exceed F&I targets
Act as the finance expert, supporting customers with funding solutions
Manage a pipeline of finance leads and collaborate closely with sales teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and partners
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes
Monitor team performance through regular coaching and one-to-ones
Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and improve the customer journey
About You
? Proven track record as a Sales Manager in a finance-focused or automotive environment ? Skilled at driving team performance and achieving sales & F&I targets ? Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills ? Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements ? Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach ? Confident handling objections and applying solution-based selling techniques ? FCA accreditation (or willingness to train) Whats on Offer
