Overview of role
Role: Customer Support Administrator Band 1
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Hours: 35 hours p/week, 10am - 6pm (Mon-Fri)
An exciting opportunity is available with James Neill Flour Mill, part of ABF for a Customer Support Administrator to join our tea. The ideal candidate will provide a comprehensive support to the customer base, promoting sales, fulfilling customer service needs and developing a professional and business-like relationship with the customer from initial contact to the delivery of the goods.
Key Accountabilities
Maintaining and improving Weighbridge operations at site, co-ordinating site traffic movements.
Ensuring that all goods are weighed onto and off site as per the site’s key controls
Completing weekly Weighbridge KPI’s in Admin Scorecard.
To be the first point of contact for visitors to site, ensuring all visitors are signed in and site contact informed of their arrival.
First point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email. To ensure that all customer contact is managed professionally and efficiently.
Handling customer online orders to ensure accurate and timely processing of all orders, emailing order confirmations to customers advising of order quantity and delivery arrangements, coordination with other departments as necessary to fulfil bulk and bag orders as per customers' requirements.
Processing and filing of delivery dockets
Wheat Intake Quality Testing in accordance with Site Quality Procedures
Creating wheat intake haulage purchase orders as per tonnages received
Tele sales operations – Calling customers as per agreed Schedule, updating schedules and associated administration requirements to include updating weekly KPI’s on Admin Scorecard.
Flexibility Cover as and when required
General Administration Duties as and when required.
To ensure that all Customer Support Administration duties comply with environmental, health and safety, legal and company standards
The Right Person
Essential
5 G.C.S.E’s or equivalent ( Min Grade C, to include Maths & English)
Experience of Microsoft Office to include Word, Outlook & Excel
Strong administration Skills
A professional and courteous telephone manner.
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Desirable
Customer Service Experience
Knowledge of working in the Food Manufacturing Industry
