The Role Leading and mentoring Teaching Assistants Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group interventions Supporting personal care, mobility and medical needs Contributing to Personal Learning Goals and progress reviews Supervising classes where required This is a hands-on, senior role requiring initiative, resilience and strong leadership within the classroom.
