About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair operations of our hotel. You will be responsible for ensuring the property is in top condition, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff. Key Responsibilities: Manage all maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and costs. Ensure all hotel facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring high-performance standards. Respond quickly to maintenance issues reported by guests or hotel staff. Oversee contracts and work performed by external contractors. Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring cost-effective procurement. Monitor energy efficiency and implement cost-saving measures. Assist in budgeting and financial planning for maintenance operations. Requirements: Proven experience in hotel maintenance management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
