Office Based-With occasional travel to customer meetings that may require an earlier start, later finish or an overnight stay
Job Purpose-
Working as part of the Sales function, supporting our National Accounts team maintaining and strengthening relationships and business growth across our key trade customers such as Jewson, Wicks, Travis Perkins and other national and regional Garden Centers and Builders Merchants.
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Support:
1. Dealing with all day-to-day enquiries from our customer base, escalating to the NAM/SNAM as required/appropriate
2. Help develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts
3. Working closely with the Marketing Department to ensure all products are listed online correctly in line with customer requirements, with appropriate imagery and content
