An exciting opportunity has been announced to work with one of the largest Housing Associations across the UK, embarking on large-scale IT projects in the Housing Sector.
This is a unique opportunity for a well-established Change Project Manager / Change Manager / Business Improvement Specialist to elevate their career.
The right candidate will have extensive experience in Change Management / Business Improvement and will be responsible for managing aspects of the change project portfolio across the organization.
Role: Business Improvement and Change Project Manager

Essential Skills for this role:
* Previous experience working in Change Management
* Ability to drive change management best practices
* Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability and desire to influence and train
* Process improvement
* Working knowledge and experience of continuous improvement
Highly Desirable:
* Social Housing Experience
* Understanding of Antisocial Behaviour, Repairs, Income, and Finance
