The role
* Develop your career in insurance fraud within a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive environment.
* Work with leading insurer clients, delivering innovative, practical solutions in challenging and fast‑moving matters.
* Take a hands‑on role in litigated fraud matters, with responsibility and autonomy from an early stage, supported by experienced senior fee earners.
* Manage your own caseload of litigated fraud claims, typically motor or casualty.
* Assist more senior fee earners on complex or high‑value fraud cases.
Skills required
* Newly Qualified Solicitor with a genuine interest in insurance fraud and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
* Experience handling or assisting with litigated personal injury or fraud matters.
* Excellent drafting skills with strong attention to detail.
* Confidence in managing deadlines and a varied caseload.
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
