YOUR MISSION
Our Communications team at Cellnex UK is looking for a motivated intern eager to kickstart their career. The role starts mid‑July 2026 and lasts 12 months.
As an intern you will support the brand and reputation of Cellnex UK through internal and external communications, leading on key projects and contributing to a refreshed digital approach.
We are a hybrid role based out of our Reading office three days a week, with two days working from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and produce engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for internal and external channels including websites, newsletters, social media, and press releases.
* Draft, edit, and proofread corporate messaging to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to generate story ideas highlighting company achievements, values, and initiatives.
* Monitor, track and analyse the performance of published content.
* Help manage and update the organisation’s digital platforms, ensuring timely and accurate communication to stakeholders.
* Participate in workshop sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance communication strategies.
* Maintain awareness of current trends in corporate communications, digital media, and content marketing.
Experience
* Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
* Strong interest, flair for writing, editing and storytelling with keen attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of B2B social media platforms.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is advantageous.
* Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, capable of meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
* Creative, proactive and eager to learn about corporate communications and content creation.
