- all PPE supplied What is The Job Doing: As a Paint Shop Supervisor, youll play a crucial role in overseeing the paint shop operations.

- spray) you will also be responsible for the inspection process What Experience Do I Need The ideal Paint Shop Supervisor will have: Proven experience in a supervisory / charge hand role within a paint shop environment.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
