The Marketing Programmes team is a fast paced, dynamic department focussed on delivering consumer incentives and analysis of our competitor landscape, giving you the chance to broaden your understanding of how we operate and make an impact. Whistle Stop Overview
The Retail Programmes Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Marketing Programmes team. In this position, you’ll lead the delivery of our Retail Programmes, working closely with One Toyota stakeholders to ensure seamless launches each quarter.

Beyond programme execution, you’ll be responsible for tracking performance and effectiveness, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicating insights to senior stakeholders. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to collaborate across the One Toyota organisation and with our Network Partners, making it ideal for developing key skills in tools like Excel and Power BI, expanding your commercial understanding, and building strong cross-functional relationships.

To be considered for this role, the skills you’ll need to have include:

* Educated to Degree Level
* Experience working with and managing a wide range of stakeholders.
* Experience working within a business environment.
* Experience working with Data - Power BI
* Residing in the UK and either living within or willing to relocate to within a commutable distance of our ECO HQ
