 
        
        Nursery Class Senior SEND Early Years Practitioner
BG8, 33.5 hours per week.
Working hours: Wed 12.15-4.00pm, Mon,Tue,Thur,Fri 8.15-3.30pm and Wednesday 8.15-4.30 (45 min lunch break).
Pay: £15.06-£16.08 per hour dependent on experience.
Permanent contract, term time only.
Responsibilities
 * Build warm, respectful relationships with 3-4 year olds and families.
 * Successful work with children with additional needs.
 * Lead role within a team.
 * Scaffold children’s learning and lead learning in a range of SEND intervention groups.
 * Observe all children’s attempts to communicate and foster skills to express themselves.
 * Create and maintain an inspiring and safe learning environment.
 * Excellent spoken and written communication skills and contribute to and implement SEND support plans.
Qualifications
 * Significant experience working with SEND.
 * Leadership and governance experience.
 * Passion for inclusion and excellent role model.
 * Good planning and implementing interventions and inclusion strategies.
