Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for staff, residents, and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
* Safeguard the premises by carrying out security checks and responding to any security or safety concerns promptly.
* Assist with any overnight operational requirements, including managing access control, monitoring systems, and supporting staff and guests as needed.
