In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, ensuring every click delivers value. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to align strategy, drive efficiency, and support commercial goals. It will be a hands-on, where analytical thinking meets creative execution. Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing You’ll Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms. Write engaging and high-performing ad copy tailored to our AO audience You’ll monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation-whilst staying up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. Consistently Conduct A/B testing to improve click-through and conversion rates. You’ll Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align paid search activity with wider marketing and commercial objectives. Maintain accurate reporting and provide actionable insights to the wider business. A Few Things About You You’ll have experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally across both Google and Microsoft Ads, SA360 and automated bidding platforms preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively, building strong relationships with stakeholders. A great Attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new PPC trends, platform updates, and internal processes. You’ll Demonstrates strong organisational skills, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines and contribute to campaign success.
