Facilities Coordinator
Days of Work: Monday to Friday
We’re looking for a practical, hands-on person to help keep our Industrial Bakeries and Offices in great condition. Perform water temperature checks and flushing (L8 checks) and keep records.
* Carry Out weekly fire alarm check.
* Inspect and repair doors, walls, floors and windows.
* Support engineering team to ensure smooth running of Bakery.
* Call contractors when necessary and supervise when onsite.
* Do basic carpentry: fix cabinets, hang doors, install shelves, repair windows.
* Do small electrical repairs: lights, sockets, and general power issues.
* Help with decorating: painting, plastering, fixing walls and floors.
* Make sure buildings are well-maintained and clean—either by doing the work yourself or helping manage contractors.

* Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Fire door inspection qualification (FireQual Level 3) or be willing to get it.
City & Guilds 2393 (Part P electrical).
* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating.
* City & Guilds Painting & Decorating 6707.
* City & Guilds 2382 Electrical Installation.
* A valid driving licence is required. No agencies.
