* Analysing spending patterns to identify opportunities for structural cost reductions.
* Building and managing supplier relationships and ensuring performance standards.
* Advising senior leaders on procurement matters to influence decision making.
* Overseeing procurement processes, compliance, and risk management.
* Monitoring market trends to provide insight and strategic recommendations.
THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU NEED //
* Proven experience leading procurement in a complex, multi-site organisation.
* Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver tangible cost efficiencies.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills at senior levels.
* Professional procurement qualifications (e.g., CIPS) desirable.
