Simply Education is looking for an Accounts Assistant/ Office Manager with experience of working within schools. The successful candidate will be working in Reception but also working alongside the finance team alongside the Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Input and analyse and evaluate data and information alongside running reports
* Monitoring pupil's attendance and running reports
* Supporting to process monthly payroll
* Providing admin support such as taking notes and support in meetings
* Respond to reception and visitors such as parents, students and visitors
* Make arrangements for Academy visits and events
* HR tasks and maintaining the records
* Schedule and plan meetings
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience and understanding of working within a school
* Proven experience working within accounts
* Knowledge of data protection and safeguarding polices
* Analytical skills for monitoring and analysis of information and data
* Experience of Admin/Reception duties
