Responsibilities
* Provide direct care to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, and wound care
* Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
* Provide emotional support to patients and their families
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare team members
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program
* Previous experience in healthcare is preferred
* Compassionate and caring attitude
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
