The Role
We are hiring for our client, a trusted piling contractor renowned for delivering top-quality driven concrete piling solutions and foundations across the UK and Ireland. This Contract Manager / Sales Manager (Piling) role offers the chance to combine sales leadership with full project lifecycle management. Based in Omagh, with travel throughout the UK & ROI, you will drive sales growth while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
* Generate and develop new business opportunities in the piling sector
* Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
* Create sales plans and set sales goals and quotas
* Lead, train, and mentor the sales team
* Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
* Manage contract execution, quality assurance, and risk management
* Communicate effectively with clients and site teams
The Person
* 5–10 years’ experience within Civil Engineering, Piling, or Foundations
* Proven Contract Management experience delivering projects
* Strong Sales Management track record within the sector
* Degree educated in Construction/Civil Engineering (preferred)
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel 3–4 days per week across UK & ROI
