We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Officer to join our Safety, Compliance and Housing team.

* This opportunity is being offered on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week)
* The role can be based from our Cardiff, Bridgend of Swansea offices.
* We operate a flexible and hybrid working policy so you can work from home if you need to. You'll be the custodian of your own diary
* You will need to hold a full UK driving license.
* This role is subject to a standard DBS check.

About the role.

In this key role you will support the delivery of high-quality housing management services across properties managed by Mirus in partnership with Registered Social Landlords.

You will act as a key liaison between tenants, support teams, landlords, and external agencies. You will ensure tenancy compliance, property standards, and resident satisfaction.
