Sphere Solutions are working with an award-winning house builder to recruit an ambitious and career-driven Assistant Site Manager. The company ethos is quality first, delivering high-end houses that exceed customers’ expectations.
Responsibilities
You will assist the Site Manager with the following:
1. Management of direct labour and sub-contractors
2. Ensure site health and site set-up is undertaken in accordance with company standards and expectations
3. Ensure that all orders for materials and subcontractors are made and recorded accurately
4. Monitor the quality of work on site at the various stages and report progress
5. Attend site meetings
6. Customer liaison
Suitable Candidate
7. Experience as an Assistant Site Manager within new build volume housing
8. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certification
9. Able to motivate and manage multiple trades and subcontractors
10. Full UK driving licence (due to the location of sites)
