Branch Manager (Regional Director) – Edmundson Electrical Ltd
We are recruiting for a Branch Manager at our Hemel Hempstead location: Electric Center Hemel Hempstead, Unit 18 Macdonald Business Park, Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 7EB.
As a Branch Manager (Profit Centre Manager), you will be a driven and ambitious individual looking for an opportunity to effectively run your own business within our decentralised business model. You will have full autonomy over sales, purchasing, staffing and logistics and will build first‑class relationships with customers, suppliers and staff to develop profitable sales in an efficient, well‑organised business that generates profit sharing for you and your team. Customer service excellence will be at the forefront of everything that you do, and as the boss in our business model you can do whatever is needed to satisfy your customer’s requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Set and maintain exceptional standards of customer service
* Develop long‑term relationships with customers and suppliers
* Drive activity to produce profitable sales
* Actively develop new business opportunities
* Manage team performance
* Take care of Health & Safety in your business to keep your team safe and well
* Understand and manage your own profit and loss sheet, management accounts and sales performance data
