REED Technology are partnered with an organisation to recruit multiple experienced Business Analyst for a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering transformation across core retail, digital, and operational systems.
This role sits within a fast-paced, data-led environment where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support major change initiatives-improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and enabling smarter decision-making across the business.
Key responsibilities
Work across multiple transformation and retail system workstreams, helping to define and deliver high-impact change.
Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements spanning people, process, and technology.
Analyse existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and support solution design.
Support menu, pricing, and retail systems changes-ensuring seamless delivery with zero disruption to operational teams.
Manage and prioritise workloads to meet critical deadlines with 100% accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, digital, operations, and marketing to secure buy‑in and alignment.
Track and evaluate the success of implemented solutions, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives.
Support the integration of new initiatives, acquisitions, platform upgrades, and data transitions.
Investigate and resolve issues raised through service channels, supporting SLAs and minimising impact to customers.Key skills and knowledge
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within retail, hospitality, or other multi-site/multi-channel environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and processes into clear insights.
Experience working through full project lifecycles, applying BA tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence across all levels.
Strong attention to detail and high standards of delivery ("right first time" mindset).
Knowledge of retail, EPOS, CRM, or workflow systems (desirable but not essential).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
Willingness to occasionally travel to operational sites or work flexible hours to support key initiatives (as required).Additional information
