Duties
* Produce building regulation packages and submit planning applications
* Manage and deliver residential projects through entire lifecycle
* Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance
* Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal/external team members
Skills and Experience
* Degree in Architectural Technology
* Significant post‑qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
* Job running experience
* Strong technical and presentation skills
* Full UK driver’s licence
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
