Job Title: Senior Project Manager Reporting Line: Senior Project Lead / Project Director Location: London (hotel construction site) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile £80 million new-build hotel. The project is currently in pre-construction (since December) and involves reinforced concrete (RC) frame construction, full fit-out, and handover. The role carries full responsibility for programme, commercial performance, quality, health & safety, and stakeholder management throughout all phases of the project. The successful candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and act as the senior point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
