SEN Teacher - Long-Term Full-Time Role Location: Manchester Start Date: As soon as possible

Randstad Education is excited to be recruiting a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a progressive and inclusive school in Manchester. This long-term, full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with a variety of special educational needs in a rewarding and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
* Experience working in SEN schools or with SEN pupils within the UK curriculum
* Full eligibility to work in the UK
Minimum Requirements
* PGCE or PGCE (FE)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
* Minimum of 6 month's teaching experience in UK schools
* Must have full "Right To Work" in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons to students with a range of special educational needs
* Monitor, assess, and respond to student progress and needs
* Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and external specialists
* Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that promotes independence
* Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
