About the Role We are looking to connect with organised and proactive Production Secretaries and Production Assistants to support our production teams across a range of projects. As a Production Secretary or Production Assistant at Box to Box, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of day-to-day production operations. You will support the Production Manager and Production Coordinator with logistics, travel bookings, call sheets, release forms, and general administrative tasks. You will work collaboratively with editorial and production teams to ensure that shoots and post-production schedules are well organised and supported. What we’re looking for Previous experience as a Production Secretary or Production Assistant in TV or film production. Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines under pressure. Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
