Sales Advisor - 12 Hour Temporary Contract at Seasalt. This role is a 12 hour temporary contract based in our Chester shop.

Responsibilities
* Delivering an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services
* Recommending additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data
* Actively driving sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting with the processing of online orders
* Having a first point resolution approach to any customer issues or feedback and actively seeking out solutions for the benefit of the customer
* Supporting the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and KPI achievement
* Helping with implementing store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines and utilising product, categories, and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities
* Maintaining a flexible approach to work and participating in operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards
