GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly school in Bognor Regis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping pupils achieve their potential while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils in whole-class, small-group, and 1:1 learning activities.
* Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery.
* Encourage positive behaviour and maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.
* Help monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
* Support school activities and contribute to a positive school community.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a school or classroom environment is desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, proactive, and supportive approach.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
