At the core of our stores, you will make our store environment welcoming and deliver our customers the best service and experience.
This role offers the opportunity to complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship (England & Wales).
As a Sales Assistant you will:
1. Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction, being friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
2. Respond efficiently to till queues to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Process till transactions securely, quickly, and accurately.
4. Maintain product availability and replenish stock as directed.
5. Work as part of the store team to create and maintain a fun and friendly environment.
6. Live the company values, focusing on individual responsibility and team delivery.
7. Handle cash and operate tills accurately and according to procedures.
8. Implement store changes and promotions in a timely and precise manner.
You will need to be flexible with your working hours, including shifts.
