Our well-established clients in Newport are looking for a part-time Sale + Lettings Valuer with an immediate start for the correct candidate.
HOURS:
Mon, Wed + Thurs – 13.30 – 17.30
Tues + Fri – 09.00 – 17.30
Saturday – 10.00 – 16.00
THE ROLE:
You will be expected to cover areas to Monmouthshire, Abergavenny, Torfaen, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Newport and surrounding areas to value a variety of properties; from Buy to Let to Executive Homes.
The ideal candidate must be well versed in social media, valuing and listing properties as well as co-ordinating diaries and sale chains.
The role will require social media actions, valuations, listing and conducting viewings and negotiations.
You must be fully knowledgeable on the sales/lettings process, use of IT and operating systems of the major portals. (There will be a training scheme that must be passed in order to progress.)
You will be expected to work to targets, follow a sales process and work as part of a team to meet the business’ demands.
There will be opportunities to earn mortgage referral commission and B2B referrals. A background knowledge of sales and lettings is essential.
THE PERSON:
Proven experience in a similar role or understanding of property valuations/sales/lettings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Social Media Savvy.
Organised and can offer strong customer service.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Highly organised with good attention to detail.
Full UK driving license.
Passing of Rent Smart Wales examinations is required.
ADDITIONAL PAY:
Commission – New Business Sales – 15% of the sales fee (less VAT)
Commission – New Lettings Business – £150 for each new managed property (less VAT)
