Compensation
* Weekly Pay ($18 - $25 based on experience)
* Monday through Friday
* Full-time hours 8-5

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the full estimating and repair process, ensuring quality repairs are made. Write concise and accurate estimates.
* Coordinate all check-ins and deliveries.
* Review process with customer.
* Complete all repair orders and obtain proper authorization.
* Provide complete and correct listing of all necessary parts for ordering related to a repair.
* Check-in vehicle upon drop-off from customer.
* Prepare and ensure completion of proper paperwork for customer packet. Provide communication including all vehicle repair statuses.
Qualifications:
* Document all communication with customers in the system.
* Manage total loss administration.
* Perform final quality check on finished vehicles.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
* Strong auto collision industry experience required.
* Must have demonstrated strong organizational and documentation skills.
* Able to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
* Able to communicate effectively both in-person, orally, and through written correspondence and presentations with candidates, employees, managers, and leadership.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high volume of activity.
