Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Office Administrator to join our Sales Team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in an office environment while supporting daily administrative operations. Duties
* Provide general administrative support, including data entry and clerical tasks.
* Assist with typing quotes.
* Input customer and job data into internal systems as required.
* Organise and maintain filing systems.
* Greet and assist customers at the trade counter.
* Keep the office area tidy and presentable.
Skills
* Previous office experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
