Friday, rotating shift of 05:30-14:00 / 13:30-22:00 Pay, benefits and more: Were looking to offer a salary of up to £29,500. What youll do on a typical day: Co-ordinate the transport operations on site and on customer premises to meet both customer and company expectations Ensure vehicle defects are reported and actioned in a timely manner Ensure that all drivers are compliant with the working time directive regulations and that any accidents/incidents are investigated in a timely manner Continually look to improve the service we provide offering ideas and recommendations as necessary. To build and maintain a strong partnership with the transport functions and drivers to ensure regular communication is delivered. Driver brief and de-briefing as well as data entry of statistics, customer reports and KPIS What you need to succeed at XPO: Good administrative skills Have a positive attitude Experience working in a Transport role Excellent communication skills
