Your New RoleIn this senior leadership position, you will:
1. Lead and grow a portfolio of high‑net‑worth private clients, delivering exceptional advisory andpliance services.
2. Provide expert guidance onplex personal tax matters, including estate planning, CGT, IHT, and bespoke structuring.
3. Mentor, support, and develop a high performing team, ensuring capability and succession within the department.
4. Drive business development activity, building strong external networks and identifying new opportunities.
5. Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions and enhance the client experience.
6. Contribute to strategic planning, operational improvements, and the long‑term direction of the Private Client Tax function.
7. Champion quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across the team.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
8. Strong technical expertise in Private Client Tax, with experience managingplex advisory work.
9. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, empower, and develop others.
10. Amercial mindset and confidence in building and growing a client portfolio.
11. Excellentmunication and relationship building skills.
12. Professional qualification (CTA / ATT / ACA / ACCA / CA) or equivalent experience.
13. Experience gained within an accountancy practice environment.
