Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: WRAP AND ROLL This role will include the day to day running of a sandwich bar, working as part of a team, serving customers and prepping for the day. Counter staff will serve customers, make up orders, handle cash, answer telephone calls and provide customer service.
Responsibilities
* Prepare customer orders accurately.
* Serve customers.
* Handle cash and process payments.
* Answer telephone calls and assist with enquiries.
* Deliver excellent customer service.
* Assist with food preparation as required.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the shop.
* Engage in continuous learning and skill development.
* Opening and closing duties.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Good communication skills.
* Basic level or literacy and numeracy.
* Good level of basic hygiene.
Desirable Skills
* Barista experience desired but not essential.
* Previous employment in a café/sandwich bar desired but not essential.
