Responsible for maintenance and emergency callouts for fire alarms and life safety systems, including fire systems, aspirating, PAVA and disabled refuge. You will ensure quality delivery across planned and reactive works, uphold SLAs and compliance standards, and provide excellent customer communication during first‑time fixes.
Attend planned maintenance and reactive visits, use SECOM’s digital platform to manage workflows, upload documentation, plan routes with NSB, order parts, log into client portals and update service teams. Conduct vehicle and ladder checks, manage van stock, and support mobilisation of new contracts.
Background in fire and life safety systems with experience in signalling, wireless, conventional and addressable fire alarm systems and compliance. Full UK driving licence required. Customer‑focused, adaptable and confident in using digital tools and reporting systems.
