Were recruiting for a multipleWarehouse First Line Managers,for our key customer, inHarlow.Our First Line Managers supervise a team of colleagues to ensure the operation runs as safely and efficiently as possible.
In this role you will train staff, monitor employee performance, motivate your team, and ensure a high level of the customer service is delivered.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working shift pattern of Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm

What youll do on a typical day:
* Coordinate, lead and motivate a team of colleagues to operational success
* Set daily and weekly KPIs and ensure that these are always being met, and ideally exceeded
* Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
* Maintaining health and safety and H&S practices across all areas of the site.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Experience in motivating and leading teams within a fast-moving logistics environment
* Strong knowledge and practice of health and safety principles
* Team Performance, site KPIsandability to maintain site standards
