Brewery Arts is a vibrant cinema, live arts venue, creative learning hub, restaurant and bar in Kendal, Cumbria.
We are looking to recruit a Head Chef to lead, expand and develop our Kitchen team, working closely with the Head of Hospitality to develop a menu that suits our unique venue and complements the Brewery Arts programme.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the kitchen team.
2. Develop and implement a menu that reflects local produce.
3. Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
4. Collaborate with the Head of Hospitality on culinary initiatives.
