What you'll do:
As a CASS Audit Manager, you will play an integral role in managing client relationships while overseeing all stages of the audit lifecycle.
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients as their primary point of contact, ensuring all aspects of their CASS audit requirements are met with precision and care.
* Oversee the entire audit process from initial planning through to completion and sign-off, maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout each engagement.
* Identify key audit issues as they arise during assignments, proactively communicating these to the Engagement Leader along with thoughtful recommendations for resolution.
* Act as a subject matter expert on CASS regulations, providing guidance both internally within the team and externally to clients as needed.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the firm's CASS audit offering by supporting projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and compliance.
* Play an active role in developing team members by offering constructive feedback, mentoring less experienced colleagues, and participating in structured training initiatives.
* Support the implementation and communication of new business strategies or processes within the team, ensuring everyone is aligned with organisational goals.
* Utilise audit software effectively to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and deliver timely results for clients.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory changes affecting CASS audits, ensuring best practices are consistently applied across all engagements.
What you bring:

* Hold a recognised professional qualification such as ACA or equivalent which demonstrates your technical proficiency in accountancy and auditing.
