A fast-growing eCommerce services business is hiring a Business Development Manager to play a key role in driving commercial growth, client retention, and account expansion.
This is a senior, commercially focused role suited to someone with strong experience in the Amazon ecosystem who enjoys owning relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and influencing revenue — without operating in a hard commission sales environment.
The Role
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of brands from a commercial and growth perspective, working closely with delivery teams while maintaining responsibility for revenue development, upsell, and retention.
You'll also be involved earlier in the lifecycle, supporting the conversion of inbound opportunities and helping shape long-term client partnerships.
This role blends brand ownership, commercial strategy, and business development.
What You'll Be Doing
* Winning new business and driving revenue
* Owning senior commercial relationships with key brand partners
* Identifying and delivering upsell and account growth opportunities
* Supporting the conversion of inbound and referred opportunities
* Acting as a trusted commercial advisor to clients
* Driving retention and long-term revenue growth
* Working with global brands, including US-focused businesses
* Collaborating closely with internal delivery and leadership teams
About You
* Significant experience within the Amazon ecosystem (Amazon, Amazon agency, or similar)
* Proven ability to grow accounts and manage senior client relationships
* Strong commercial instincts with a consultative approach
* Comfortable working with global clients and across time zones
Nice to have:
* Experience in an Amazon agency or eCommerce services environment
* Exposure to both client management and commercial growth responsibilities
* Track record of growing recurring revenue accounts
