Join Clinigen as a Business Development Analyst to help to make that vision a reality. As Business development analyst, you will be responsible for leading the development, collection, analysis and utilisation of data, to inform strategic decision-making for target assets globally. Working closely with the BD organisation you’ll, target, and develop opportunities to assess assets commercial viability and possible profitability, across the globe, taking the lead until deal closure. You’ll also collaborate cross functionally, researching product acquisition and licensing targets, receive brief from project lead, usually includes the product, disease area and territory, objective of the business plan and a deadline date. By leveraging data to overcome any challenges and understand partner company requirements, this is a great opportunity to drive the future direction of Clinigen. How you’ll add value: Data Analysis & Reporting: Oversee the full end to end processing, and analysis of datasets, delivering key insights to leadership, enabling actionable and relevant decision making. Targeting Assets and Biotech/Pharma companies: Analyse the different sources of information to identify targets aligned with growth strategy and market segmentation. Business model development support: partner with the BD teams and key stakeholders to develop business models assessing potential assets opportunities and profitability. Data Visualisation: Create clear, compelling visualisations that simplify complex data and present actionable insights to senior management and other decision-makers. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve Business Intelligence processes, data collection methods, and reporting frameworks. Tool and Technology Management: Evaluate the latest Business data tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance data-driven decision-making. About you: Qualifications and Skills: Degree educated in a science focused subject Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the commercial pharma industry at an international level. Strong knowledge of data and data analysis tools Proven track record of delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex data and asset information into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders. This is a hybrid role, with two days per week spent in the Weybridge office. You may also need to travel up to 20% of the time, both here within the UK and internationally.
