37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. National Minimum Wage for Apprentices.

Responsibilities
* You would be part of a busy team and dealing with all the student data from application through to examination and certification.
* You will play an important role in supporting the Student Data Team in ensuring accurate data is stored on our systems for our funding returns.
Qualifications and Requirements
* GCSEs at grade 3/D or above in English & Maths, with a commitment to attain Level 2 in Maths & English.
* Desire to learn new skills and a positive attitude.
* Enrolment on a Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship program.
* Be able to work at our Rural Campus with potential travel between multiple campuses due to college operations.

* If successful at interview, you would become employed by the College on a fixed-term contract.
* Aiming to provide apprenticeship opportunities with progression to higher level apprenticeships and permanent jobs.

* This role is based at Suffolk New College Rural Campus; due to multi-campus operations, you may be required to work at and travel between multiple campuses.
