Role Purpose: The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing team to deliver the business strategy by providing administration support and co-ordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support the smooth running of the department. Key Responsibilities: Supporting and planning internal and external events to include UK and international trade shows along with annual company activities. Creation of PowerPoint presentations for internal or external events. Support the creation of graphics for marketing materials and trade shows. Organise and maintain Sales & Marketing databases to include image libraries and marketing collateral. Co-ordinating the update of all marketing materials. Maintain marketing stock, such as brochures and branded merchandise. Coordination of the Sales and Marketing team diaries. Occasional booking of travel for the Sales and Marketing team. Provide general support to the marketing team, including minute-taking. Skills & Experience Essential Previous experience in a marketing support role or similar. Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express). Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Confident communicator, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong team player with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work to achieve deadlines. Higher National Diploma (HND) in marketing, a certificate or diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or equivalent. Desirable Experience with booking business travel. An interest in design and branding. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Work life balance: 20 hour working week.
