Cloud Account Specialist | Remote | Full Time | £40,000 – £45,000 per annum uncapped commission Are you passionate about cloud technology and building lasting client relationships? As they continue to grow, they're seeking a driven and strategic Cloud Account Specialist to spearhead new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships across the B2B market. Are you the right person for the job? You'll have a strong background in sales within the Cloud or IT services industry, ideally working with Microsoft solutions. You're motivated, target-driven, and skilled at translating customer needs into tailored technology solutions. You will bring: A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Experience selling Microsoft products within a Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) or MSP environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, and other Microsoft technologies Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtually and in-person The ability to scope requirements, create proposals, and close sales opportunities Strong relationship-building skills with customers, vendors, and internal teams A proactive, results-driven mindset with genuine enthusiasm for technology Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools What will your role look like? Manage and grow relationships with existing Microsoft customers, fulfilling product queries and conducting quarterly business reviews Provide expert guidance on cloud solutions, including Azure Services, Microsoft 365, Server and Data Centre licenses, and Acronis Cloud Solutions Collaborate with marketing and new business teams to generate and convert new Microsoft opportunities Support the sales team by scoping customer requirements and producing professional proposals and quotes Work closely with Microsoft and partner networks to drive further business and rebate opportunities Maintain up-to-date certification and product knowledge across Microsoft and Cloud portfolios Record activities accurately in CRM and report on sales performance Attend customer sites or company offices when required for meetings or reviews What can you expect in return?
