The Role
As Sous Chef you will be responsible for:
* Leading, motivating, and developing a talented kitchen team when on duty.
* Designing and executing innovative, seasonal menus while working with the management team.
* Help managing kitchen operations, stock, budgets, and GP targets
* Ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
* Working closely with front-of-house and management to deliver an outstanding guest experience
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a similar environment.
* Is passionate about fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative menu development.
* Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Thrives under pressure and leads by example.
* Has sound knowledge of food safety, allergens, and cost control.
