Are you an organised and efficient administrator with experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, and SIMS databases?
Prospero Teaching is seeking a highly motivated individual to join a ‘Good’ Ofsted-rated SEMH School located in Fareham.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records using SIMS, creating reports, and analysing data with Excel. Additionally, you will use Microsoft Office for daily tasks such as drafting correspondence and scheduling meetings with parents, teachers, and staff members.
As an Admin Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth running of the school. You will have regular contact with pupils, parents/carers, and other professionals and outside agencies, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively is also required.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* Previous admin experience – Knowledge of Microsoft Office & SIMS (desirable)
* Must be well-organised with good communication skills
* Proactive attitude and a team player
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Be able to provide two professional references
