We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a dynamic, award-winning creative agency that works with some of the UK’s biggest FMCG food and drink brands.
The Role
* Hybrid working in London (3 days in-office)
* Competitive day rate: C. £250 per day
* Contract: 2/3 Months, with potential for temp to perm
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a key part of the Client Services team, leading a portfolio of clients, mentoring junior team members, and driving multi-channel campaigns that deliver results.
This role is perfect for someone with hands-on food and drink FMCG experience across B2B and B2C, including wholesale/convenience channels, POS, sales promotions, sampling, experiential activations, content creation, and production.

Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for clients and develop strong, trusted relationships
* Lead and develop a junior team, supporting their growth and success
* Deliver campaigns from strategy through execution across multiple channels
* Manage budgets, forecasts, suppliers, and campaign profitability
* Present ideas and results clearly to clients and internally
* Support new business pitches and identify growth opportunities
* Ensure accuracy, project management, and quality in all work
Client Portfolio Includes
* Leading global FMCG brands across drinks and snacks (e.g., confectionery, beverages, packaged foods)
About You
* Proven senior account management experience in an agency environment
* FMCG focus with experience in grocery, convenience, and OOH media
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills
* Confident in multi-channel campaigns, retail activations, and experiential work
* Commercially minded with budget and forecasting experience
* Passionate about delivering creative, high-impact work
