Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy solving problems? We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Do
* Handle incoming calls promptly, identify callers and their needs, and provide accurate, policy-aligned resolutions.
* Deliver outstanding service via telephone and email, aiming for first-time resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Return voicemail messages daily, ensuring no query is left unanswered.
* Proactively follow up with customers and training providers weekly to resolve outstanding queries and update contact details.
* Perform quality checks by proofreading cards before issuance and conduct follow-up satisfaction checks with at least 5 customers weekly.
* Support training providers with expiring packs, ensuring timely action despite automated notifications.
* Ensure fast, accurate registration production, maintaining a 48-hour turnaround in line with training guides and procedures.
* Maintain excellent communication skills and accuracy in all interactions and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment (desirable)
* Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
* High attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
* Comfortable working with databases and internal systems
