Job Role
Manage portfolio for all bilateral credit/syndication loan accounts, including reporting, processing, and agency tasks.
Job Responsibilities
* Coordinate with solicitors for loan documentation.
* Handle drawdowns, rollovers, interest servicing, repayments, and related tasks.
* Perform back-office functions: file maintenance, branch correspondence, Finacle transactions, account updates, and statement preparation.
* Advise Treasury on daily currency-wise cash flows.
* Conduct annual reviews of CRE loans up to £1 million.
* Assist Head of Credit Admin with monitoring the CRE Portfolio, including updates on valuations and review/renewal dates.
